Apprenticeships
IT specialist for application development
As an IT specialist for application development, I primarily design and program software. I test and improve applications, develop user interfaces and search for errors in the system.
IT specialist for system integration
As an IT specialist for system integration, it's up to me to equip every employee with the right hardware and software and to provide support. I make sure that the IT systems, networks and storage solutions run in the background so that work in the company runs smoothly.
Specialist for event technology
As an event technology specialist, my responsibilities include making sure that the spotlights are in the right place, that the mixing desk and microphones are already set up and which lighting effects are planned and when. At concerts, shows, parties and many other events, I operate the technical equipment, set it up and dismantle it and take care of everything related to it.
Management assistant for office management
Focus: Finance & Accounting
As an office management assistant specializing in finance and accounting, I work in various specialist areas such as accounts payable and accounts receivable, controlling and auditing. I keep track of payments due, check and create invoices, help with the annual financial statements and keep an eye on the success of our company.
Management assistant for office management
Focus: Personnel management
As an office management assistant specializing in HR management, I communicate with applicants, write references and draw up contracts, organize further training measures and in-house training courses, prepare payroll accounting, process employees joining and leaving the company and keep a relaxed overview. Preferably all at the same time - no problem.
Event manager
As an event professional, I organize events of all kinds: top-class specialist congresses, concerts with a stomach-churning effect or Christmas parties with a contemplative factor. I plan every detail, big and small - from the color of the napkins to the theme of the party. Finding a location, booking artists, inviting speakers, informing the press, choosing floral decorations, spreading good cheer. I have everything under control and keep an eye on the costs.

Volunteering
Trainee in Corporate Communications
As a trainee, I learn the entire spectrum of corporate communications in 2 years. I provide support from the planning of communication measures through implementation and distribution to monitoring. I develop effective communication concepts and strategies to convey content to target groups of all kinds. In addition to my training plan, I am also supported by external further training measures.
Trainee program
Trainee Trade Fair Solutions & Partnerships
As a trainee, I gain an insight into various areas of the Vogel Communications Group within a year. The trainee plan was individually tailored to me and my future area of work. This gives me the opportunity to gain experience in my core area of Trade Fair Solutions & Partnerships as well as to get a taste of the most important department interfaces and get to know their functions and areas of responsibility. Step by step, I will be introduced to the corporate culture, projects and work processes. In addition to the trainee plan, I have access to additional internal and external further training measures.
