Under the motto "Females in IT - Future of IT", the event has become a fixed date in the IT women's calendar. The focus of the congress is on networking and discussing professional and personal opportunities and challenges.
Daniela Schilling, Director of the organizer Vogel IT-Akademie, referred to the varied agenda of the day in her welcome address. With keynotes from Andrea Martin (IBM), Klaus Bürg (Amazon Web Services), Prof. Dr. Marco Gercke (Cybercrime Research Institute) and Claudia Plattner (DB Systel), there was a technological outlook on which innovations will change the future. Ilka Friese and Anja Oberhofer (NTT DATA), Matilda von Gierke (Zalvus), Susanne Tischmann (ÖAMTC) and Silke Lisner (Deutsche Börse) discussed what "Future Leadership, Employer Branding & Women Empowerment" looks like in the IT world on the podium.
Formats such as think tanks, roundtables and one-on-one meetings offered plenty of scope for discussion and sharing experiences. The highlight of the event was once again the festive evening gala with the Reader's Choice WIN Awards.
