On January 1, 2021, Steffen Mittelstädt (36), previously Corporate Development Manager at Vogel Communications Group, will take on a new role as Director Customer Success. From January, he will be responsible for the newly created "Customer Success" division. His focus will be on managing all activities that guarantee customer success.
