The Swiss media company Vogel Communications Group AG is taking over the trade magazine "at - aktuelle technik" from Galledia Group AG as of February 16, 2021. The 100% subsidiary of the German Vogel Communications Group GmbH & Co. KG is based in Thalwil and is thus expanding its portfolio of B2B media. The media group is thus strengthening its market position in the industrial sector.
Silvano Böni, who was previously responsible for the automation section of "Schweizer MaschinenMarkt" (SMM) and worked as an editor at "at" for many years, will take over as editor-in-chief of "at". "aktuelle technik is an excellent addition to our portfolio, as the publication covers everything from the electrical engineering and control technology sector to measurement and control technology," explains Matthias Böhm, Publishing Director and Editor-in-Chief of SMM at Vogel Communications Group AG: "Our team is looking forward to a constructive collaboration with the at team."
