On July 1 and 2, 2021, the "Lead Management Summit" of the specialist medium "marconomy" will take place for the first time in a hybrid format. The specialist congress will show how the interaction between marketing and sales can generate leads, acquire new customers and expand existing customers. The congress is taking place for the 9th time and is a central platform for all marketing and sales managers from SMEs who are involved in the topic of customer contact acquisition and maintenance. The focus is always on practical applications and new impulses from industry professionals - true to the motto: From the target group for the target group.
Participants will learn how to implement lead management in their own company, integrate current developments into the process and successfully implement trends.
