The best car dealerships in Germany have been chosen: the specialist media brand "kfz-betrieb" and its sponsoring partner CG Car-Garantie Versicherungs-AG have named the VW dealership Hofmann & Wittmann as the overall winner of the 2021 Sales Award. The Ingolstadt dealership impressed the jury with its holistic electric mobility concept called Power Store, as well as with its future-oriented sales strategy. Hofmann & Wittmann Managing Director Andreas Reiser is systematically building up structures and processes in parallel to the professionally operated, traditional retail business in order to be prepared for digital sales: "Should the time come when the reset button is pressed, we can change everything at the touch of a button," emphasizes Reiser. This year, the Sales Award jury honored a total of ten innovative car dealerships: The prizes were awarded in different categories to recognize the different strengths of the companies.
"kfz-betrieb" editor-in-chief Wolfgang Michel emphasized during the purely digital award ceremony, which was broadcast live from the Vogel Convention Center: "After the Sales Award 2020 had to be canceled due to the pandemic, we were able to award many lighthouses again this year. The Sales Award 2021 represents the entire entrepreneurial spectrum in the automotive trade, from family businesses to car dealership groups, from independent dealers to multi-brand dealers. However, in addition to the award-winning dealerships, the entire automotive industry also wins. After all, with the Sales Award, we convey intelligent strategies and concepts as impulses to all market participants."
Dr. Marcus Söldner, CEO of Car Garantie, praised this year's award winners in his welcoming speech: "Especially in these challenging times, it is a special achievement to develop innovative sales ideas.
