Frankfurt, Würzburg and New York City/USA - July 28, 2005
Leading global events, such as ACHEMA in Frankfurt am Main with around 4,000 exhibitors and around 200,000 visitors, depend on an internationally oriented media partnership. The two leading publications Chemical Engineering (CE, Access Intelligence, based in New York City/USA) and PROCESS (Vogel Industrie Medien, based in Würzburg) have therefore joined forces in a project joint venture to accompany this important global forum for the process industries.
With the "ACHEMA Daily", the trade publications, which are strongly positioned in Germany, the USA, but also in the European and Asian chemical markets, will jointly take over the daily reporting on ACHEMA 2006.
Dechema Managing Director Prof. Gerhard Kreysa, as organizer, is delighted with the successful cooperation model, as it shows that even in the trade media competitors are pulling together for the joint success of a leading international event. "The cooperation between Chemical Engineering and PROCESS, which also includes other Vogel Industrie Medien titles, is the ideal constellation for ACHEMA Daily 2006. This guarantees competent journalistic support for all the specialist segments covered by ACHEMA."
In addition to CE and PROCESS, the market-leading titles LaborPraxis and MM Maschinenmarkt, which are also published by Vogel Industrie Medien, will also contribute their respective specialist expertise to the cooperation.
With this project, both media partners are underpinning their leading role in the chemical trade magazine segment.
