Vogel Business Medien: Changed management team

Gerrit Klein becomes Deputy Chairman of the Management Board Vogel Business Medien

Würzburg, March 18, 2005

Vogel Business Medien, Würzburg, has adapted its management team to the new circumstances in the company's organization and management.

The changes have become necessary due to the transfer of 49% of the VOGEL shares in Vogel Druck und Medienservice to the alliance partner MOHN MEDIA Mohndruck. This transfer is still subject to approval by the antitrust authorities. Secondly, the current CyPress managing director Stefan Winners will be leaving the company. Rolf Lenertz, still Managing Director of Vogel Druck und Medienservice GmbH in Höchberg near Würzburg, has left the management of Vogel Business Medien (VBM).

Gerrit Klein has been appointed to replace Rolf Lenertz as Deputy Chairman of the Management Board of Vogel Business Medien (VBM) Claus Wüstenhagen. Gerrit Klein is Managing Director of Vogel Industrie Medien and has been with the company in this role since November 1, 2002.

The management board of Vogel Business will be composed as follows in future: Claus Wüstenhagen (Chairman of the Management Board of VBM), Gerrit Klein (Managing Director of Vogel Industrie Medien and representative of the Chairman of the Management Board of VBM), Ernst Haack (Managing Director of Vogel Auto Medien) and Horst Vollhardt (Managing Director of Vogel Services).
