Vogel Industrie Medien has developed a new tool for obtaining and communicating information from its LaborPraxis product family. The bilingual (German/English) virtual trade fair LP-ClickFair is now online and is aimed at B2B customers from the laboratory, analytics and life sciences sectors.
LaborPraxis has been linking its trade journal and online presence very successfully for two years now: readers can access background information and direct contact addresses via the InfoClick service at www.laborpraxis.de. This guarantees a higher utility value than with pure print products.
LP-ClickFair represents another medium of digital communication and is one step ahead of the physical trade fair: the product portfolios of laboratory equipment and service providers can be compared here every day, at any time and from any location. Visitors can access the companies either via a detailed search function or via the virtual tour of the trade fair, where they can "enter" the available halls one after the other - just like at real trade fairs. Exhibitors provide information on products, contact persons and company profiles, among other things. On request, all LP-ClickFair users can receive a fortnightly online newsletter with information on new product innovations. Furthermore, trade fair visitors have the opportunity to exchange ideas with company specialists in person via an expert forum. A cross-fair job placement service, the latest news from the industry, downloads of information material and short technical films round off the varied program.
The concept is transparent: LP-ClickFair provides the technical requirements and ensures the necessary publicity. In return, the participating exhibitors are responsible for filling their own areas - just like at a physical trade fair.
To be able to use the extensive range of services, all that is required is a one-off registration, during which each user is assigned a password. After that, all the functions of the virtual trade fair are permanently available. An additional incentive: the first 1000 registered participants can win one of 100 attractive prizes.
