IWW Institut für Wirtschaftspublizistik launches new information service for claims handling: "Insurance and Law Compact"

The IWW Institut für Wirtschaftspublizistik has just published the first issue of its new information service "Versicherung und Recht kompakt". "Versicherung und Recht kompakt" is aimed primarily at lawyers and offers monthly checklists, argumentation aids, sample formulations and practical solutions to all insurance law problems - for advice and litigation.


"Insurance and Law Compact" evaluates the case law relevant to practice and provides tips for practical implementation. In addition, the respective amendments to the law with an impact on insurance law are presented and their practical effects explained. Focus articles on practice-relevant topics ensure prompt and smooth implementation in day-to-day work. As with all of the IWW Institute's information services, the working aids are not only available to the reader in the printed product, but also in a specially created Internet area free of charge.
