IWW Institut für Wirtschaftspublizistik launches "Einspruch-aktuell.de", a new online database on pending appeal proceedings

"Einspruch-aktuell.de" is the title of a comprehensive database on all appeals pending before the Federal Fiscal Court in which a decision on the merits is expected. Up-to-date information on appeals and sample appeals on selected proceedings round off the online service.

Information spectrum

Einspruch-aktuell.de uses a convenient search function to quickly and easily show which legal issues are pending before the BFH. Pre-formulated objection templates considerably reduce the workload for tax advisors. For proceedings of general importance, notes explain the pending legal issue in more detail. In addition, the objection notes also provide references to other related proceedings. This gives tax advisors an immediate overview of the proceedings that may be relevant to their own case.

Compared to other databases, Einspruch-aktuell.de is highly specialized and easy to use. Dr. Lehr from Mainz, who has already tested the database, commented: "First of all, I was pleasantly struck by how clearly structured the database is. You don't have to be an expert to quickly find your way around".

The database is updated daily and constantly supplemented with new objection samples relevant to the practice. On request, information on the latest changes can be sent regularly by e-mail or RSS feed. This means that the tax consultant is always up to date and saves valuable time.
