Gerrit Klein - Managing Director of Vogel Industrie Medien - takes on a new challenge at Ebner Verlag

Würzburg, October 31, 2007

After five years as Managing Director of Vogel Industrie Medien, Mr. Klein has decided to accept a new challenge offered to him as Managing Director of Ebner Verlag in Ulm. He is leaving on the best of terms as of December 31, 2007.

During these five years, Mr. Klein has led Vogel Industrie Medien very successfully and is responsible for the positive development of this division. He was highly committed to repositioning the company from a traditional publishing house to a modern and agile information provider. Mr. Klein was also instrumental in developing the strategy that led to the creation of the new business efficiency portals.

We regret his departure and would like to thank him for his special commitment. We wish him every success in his new role and good luck at all times.

Claus Wüstenhagen, Chairman of the Management Board of Vogel Business Media, will initially take over the management of Vogel Industrie Medien.
