The Mayor of Würzburg, Georg Rosenthal, paid his official inaugural visit to Vogel Business Media on Wednesday, June 4. He was welcomed by publisher and Supervisory Board Chairman Dr. Kurt Eckernkamp and CEO Stefan Rühling.


During a tour of the building, the Lord Mayor visited the newly opened VCC meeting center, which now complements the Vogel Convention Center with six workshop rooms. Rosenthal also showed great interest in the webcast studio, which was only inaugurated in May and where companies from the region can also have films made for the Internet. "Film contributions on the Internet are an important addition for companies to be able to convey content clearly and present themselves in a contemporary way," explained studio manager Uwe Dietrich.


Rosenthal thanked the entrepreneur Dr. Eckernkamp for his diverse social and cultural commitment through the Vogel Foundation as well as the entire company as a major employer in Würzburg.
