The Swiss subsidiary of the German specialist media company Vogel Business Media is celebrating an anniversary: 10 years of successful development of the IT reseller. This Swiss trade magazine for the IT and CE industry is celebrating its birthday with a major anniversary issue, which will be published on September 22. In it, the renowned Swiss channel magazine looks back on ten exciting and eventful years in the Swiss IT industry and looks to the future with visionary articles.
The editorial team looks back on the founding of IT Reseller at Orbit 1998, since when the magazine has risen to become a respected trade journal for the Swiss IT and CE sector.
However, the birthday IT reseller is not only indulging in nostalgia, but will also be presenting two top-class roundtables: Andreas Schönenberger, Country Manager of Google, Peter Waser, General Manager at Microsoft Switzerland and Prof. Jürg Gutknecht, Head of the Department of Computer Science at ETH Zurich, will discuss research and visions in business and science.
And for the topic "IT service providers yesterday, today and tomorrow", the team led by IT Reseller editor-in-chief Markus Häfliger was able to win over the managing directors of the three most important Swiss IT service providers - Thomas Meyer from Accenture, Eros Fregonas from Swisscom IT Services and Daniel Rüthemann from IBM.
