The Würzburger WerbeFachgespräche, a series of events organized by Vogel Business Media (Würzburg), took a break as a live event this year. Instead, conference guests were offered four highly topical presentations online as webinars on June 22 and 23. The webinars were very well received. Up to 100 participants were logged in at the same time and followed the speakers' presentations online in audio and video. Questions could be asked interactively via the chat function.
The presentations of the Würzburg Advertising Talks 2009:
- Press relations in Web 2.0, Sandra Liebich, newsaktuell, Hamburg
- Current developments in SEM and SEO, Marcus Koch, orange8 interactive ag, Friedrichshafen
- The battle for attention: Do agency processes need to be managed differently now? Dieter Schneider, Buena la Vista AG, Würzburg
- Legal developments in B2B marketing - how can I still address my customers? Verena Grentzenberg, Lovells LLP, Hamburg
The recording is available at www.wwf09.de under "Videos". The webinars last 45 minutes.
"I am delighted that the digital format of our traditional Würzburg Advertising Talks was so well received, because webinars are a very contemporary tool for knowledge transfer," emphasized Stefan Rühling, CEO of Vogel Business Media: "And on top of that, the participants were able to save time and travel costs in this economically difficult year!"
The 48th Würzburger WerbeFachgespräche will once again take place live on June 21/22, 2010 at the publisher's own Vogel Convention Center in Würzburg. Information will be available from the beginning of 2010 at www.wwf10.de.
