At the end of November, the time had come for the third time: on November 26, the "IT-BUSINESS Distri-Award" was presented to distributors in five categories at the "Night of IT-BUSINESS" in the Steigenberger Hotel Drei Mohren, Augsburg, in front of 250 guests.
With the "Distri-Award 2009/2010", the renowned trade magazine IT-BUSINESS honored the best distributors in Germany. The winners were selected by the readers of IT-BUSINESS in a comprehensive online survey conducted in cooperation with IDC between June and October 2009.
Distributors in the areas of broadliners/full-range suppliers, component and specialty distribution, specialty distributors with their own brand, telecommunications distribution and value-added distribution were evaluated. 2,178 participants took part in the survey, of which 1,626 valid interviews were counted. There were two award categories: The best ratings in five performance areas ("Most Preferred") and the most mentions ("Most Important"). And these are the winners of the IT-BUSINESS reader survey:
