Good performance also deserves recognition. So what could be more appropriate than to recognize the often outstanding achievements of the speakers at the IT-BUSINESS Academy's Partner Solution Days & IT Decision Maker Congresses?



Since 2008, the best speakers at the congress series on topics such as IT security & compliance, virtualization & cloud computing, storage & archiving or UCC & mobility have been honored with an award. The prizes are awarded in three categories:

- "Best Value": strong, informative presentation in terms of content with high practical utility value

- "Best of Presentation": talented speakers who shine with sophisticated rhetoric or presentation techniques

- "Best Speaker": the best speaker, chosen directly by the participants.



On 15 July, the winners of the three specialist congress series on the topics of UCC & Mobility in March, Storage & Archiving in April/May and Virtualization & Cloud Computing in June were honoured.



The "Best of Value" award went to Martin Dombrowski (Entrada), Andreas Hartig Thomas Gempe and Jörg Schweinsberg (Datacore), Mario Gothan and Kevin Sürig (Comstor), Jörg Karpinski (PSP) and Joachim Guth (Vizioncore).



The winners in the "Best of Presentation" category were Martin Dombrowski (Entrada), Andreas Hartig, Thomas Gempe and Jörg Schweinsberg (Datacore), Günther Igl, Thomas Nowotny and Robert Gorbahn (Microsoft), Jörg Karpinski (PSP) and Alexander Picker (Red Hat).



The participants named Manfred Bauer (Cisco), Andreas Hartig and Thomas Gempe (Datacore), Thomas Reger (ADN), Mario Gothan and Kevin Sürig (Comstor), Dr. Klaus Heihoff (HMK) and Dirk-Jan Bösinger (Arrow ECS) as "Best Speaker".
