Security measures and emergency management tasks are increasingly becoming a company-wide requirement - especially when certifications are required to comply with legal regulations. The implementation of an emergency management process is therefore one of the most important management tasks for those responsible for security and IT. The ever closer integration in the technical implementation of business processes requires IT to be increasingly integrated into company-wide emergency management. With Standard 100-4, the BSI provides an important set of rules for the development and documentation of holistic emergency management.
The SearchSecurity Academy takes up the contents of the BSI standard. In the full-day intensive seminar "Emergency planning and management according to BSI Standard 100-4" with documentation expert Manuela Reiss, the necessary measures for setting up a company-wide emergency management process based on BSI Standard 100-4 are presented. Participants will learn which documents they need to create for emergency preparedness and emergency response and learn how to create an emergency manual with the help of tools using sample documents.
This seminar was a great success in 2010 and will be repeated in 2011 with even more practical demos. It will take place on February 1 in Munich, February 2 in Frankfurt, February 8 in Düsseldorf and February 9 in Hamburg.
Manuel Reiss, speaker: "This seminar shows IT and security managers how to set up their emergency documentation and precautions in accordance with BSI Standard 100-4 and how to implement them effectively in practice."
