When Vogel Verlag in Pössneck, Thuringia, published the first issue of "Auto-Markt Pössneck" on October 10, 1911, Arthur Gustav Vogel had no idea that he was launching a 100-year success story. And ultimately made history: he had published the first German-language trade magazine for the automotive industry. Today, 100 years later, "kfz-betrieb" is by far the most widely subscribed title in the industry.
Just in time for its 100th birthday, the anniversary website is now going online at http://www.kfz-betrieb.de/100-Jahre. In the coming weeks and months, interested users will be able to find out more about the history and stories of the industry and its leading magazine here - as well as in the daily newsletter published from Monday to Friday. In this online dossier, you will also find important information on how to answer the "kfz-betrieb" online competition to mark the anniversary.
