For the 15th time, "kfz-betrieb" and Santander Consumer Bank, together with partners Shell Oil Deutschland and Christoph Kroschke GmbH, are honoring successful young managers in the automotive industry with the "Junior Award". Young professionals in the automotive industry under the age of 35 are eligible to apply. Following a pre-selection of the entries, the expert jury - consisting of representatives of the "kfz-betrieb" editorial team and its partners - visits the best applicants. The jury primarily assesses a conflict-free generational change, the training path, the entrepreneurial area of responsibility and social skills. Last year's winner Peter Enders, 28-year-old owner and managing director of a car dealership group with over 500 employees, impressed the jury with his commitment, expertise, optimism and humanity in continuing the car dealership group after the sudden death of his father. "I am very sure that we will once again be honoring three committed, creative, successful and likeable young talents with the Junior Award in 2012, all of whom are young beacons of the German automotive industry," says "kfz-betrieb" editor-in-chief Wolfgang Michel.
The "kfz-betrieb" editorial team is looking forward to the interesting CVs of this year's applicants.
