Hamburg is the gateway to the world. Germany's second largest city preserves Hanseatic merchant virtues such as reliability and at the same time is open to new ideas. Thanks to this mixture of cosmopolitanism and tradition, Hamburg is the ideal venue for the
1st Junior Congress of the Automotive Trade.
The specialist congress offers female and male junior managers, young entrepreneurs and successors in their parents' car dealerships a forum for an intensive exchange of experiences and ideas as well as for networking. "We don't just want to deepen professional and personal skills at our congress. The junior congress is intended to be a platform for both female and male junior managers, where the collegial exchange with like-minded people in particular helps them to gain further self-confidence for their role in their own company," says
"kfz-betrieb" editor-in-chief Wolfgang Michel.
Christa Mesnaric will open the two-day event with her keynote speech on the topic of "Change Management". This will be followed by the workshops. The topics on offer are "Generational change without conflict", "Car sales 2.0" and the personal development workshop "Are you already leading or still discussing?". Exclusive highlight: On the evening of the first day of the congress, "kfz-betrieb" and Santander Consumer Bank, together with partners Shell Deutschland Schmierstoff and the company Christoph Kroschke, will present the "Junior Award 2012" to the best up-and-coming manager in the automotive industry.
