This is why the 7th B2B Brand Conference on November 28 at the Vogel Convention Center, Würzburg, is dedicated to this topic.

A highlight of the conference is the keynote speech by Prof. Dr. Franz-Rudolf Esch from EBS University in Wiesbaden on the topic of "Optimizing customer touchpoints for specific brands: The special role of your own employees". In his presentation, Esch emphasized that important customer touchpoints are often overlooked, such as employees. He recommends designing contact points in line with the brand and needs and seeing your own employees as brand ambassadors. "The face-to-face touchpoints determine the success or failure of the brand," concludes Esch.
The B2B brand conference will be rounded off by the evening event "Meet the Experts" and two additional in-depth seminars on November 27 and 29. The special seminars "Secrets to the success of valuable B2B brands" and "Secrets to the success of internal brand management" will be held by brand expert Prof. Dr. Karsten Kilian, who will also host the brand conference.
