"Optimizing customer touchpoints for specific brands: The special role of your own employees" - brand expert Prof. Dr. Franz-Rudolf Esch from EBS University in Wiesbaden will be addressing this hot topic at the B2B Brand Conference at the Vogel Convention Center in Würzburg. In his presentation, Esch emphasizes that important customer contact points - such as employees - are often overlooked.
