The used car trade in Germany is becoming increasingly demanding: price-sensitive customers with high expectations meet an oversupply of vehicles - the trade is a bottleneck, interface and hub and must simultaneously combine professional processes with clever marketing.
These current topics are the focus of the German Remarketing Congress 2013, which is organized by the two trade media "Gebrauchtwagen Praxis" and "kfz-betrieb". The congress will take place on March 12/13 at the Vogel Convention Center in Würzburg and will cover the entire lifecycle of a used car: from trade-in, purchase and valuation to clever marketing tools.
The varied program includes keynotes, keynote speeches and practical examples from the automotive trade as well as a trade exhibition. In addition, the German Remarketing Congress offers participants a wide range of opportunities for information, communication and the exchange of experiences and ideas.
A special highlight and a premiere will be the presentation of the new "Dealer's Choice 2013" award on the first evening of the congress. The award will be presented for the first time for the best products and services for increasing professionalism and performance in the used car business. The usefulness and usability of digital, sales-supporting software applications will be evaluated.
