The first issue of the new and free "Laborpraxis" magazine app is being published today. With additional information such as videos, pdf documents to download and interactive event calendars, it offers further benefits for laboratory staff. The specialist medium "Laborpraxis" thus shows how modern knowledge transfer works: Via an app that is available anywhere, can be read from anywhere and adds useful interactive content to the print medium.
Tablet users rave about the intuitive handling and the brilliant display. No other reading device currently makes it possible to present so much information in such an appealing way: Images are more brilliant than on paper, and the swipe technology makes it quick and easy to maneuver through a large amount of content. "We have integrated these advantages into the app edition of Laborpraxis," comments Marc Platthaus, Editor-in-Chief of the specialist medium: "The articles live from their images and additional information, the texts can be easily read in a frame by scrolling with your finger, and each image can be displayed in full format by clicking on the image number."
However, the "Laborpraxis" magazine app is not just about images and text. Additional information such as product videos or brochures, which can be started or downloaded with a click, expand the possibilities of classic specialist articles. In the extensive event calendar, interesting dates are displayed on a map of Germany and can be transferred directly to the Google calendar if required. To ensure that the playful character of the tablet is not lost, users can also put their knowledge of chemistry, biology and analysis to the test in our quiz in every edition of the app.
