As of June 1, 2014, the new structure of the "Marketing Services, Events & marconomy" (MEM) division will come into effect at Vogel Business Media. Dr. Dominik Wagemann (38) will assume overall responsibility for the new division as division head and Chief Marketing Officer (CMO) of Vogel Business Media, Würzburg. In his new role, he will also be appointed to the management board of the specialist media company.
By bundling the sub-divisions and competencies, synergies can be better utilized and the increasingly important overarching topics of marketing and sales will gain more impact. At the same time, joint, comprehensive solutions and offers are to be developed for the markets and customers on a customer-specific basis. This is why Vogel Business Media is interlinking the five divisions "Marketing", "Creative Solutions", "Sales Management", "Events" and the specialist medium "marconomy" with the associated subject areas and competencies in the new MEM division.
Dr. Dominik Wagemann has been with Vogel Business Media since 2010, where he most recently successfully built up and expanded the Events publishing division.
