In order to protect business-critical data and business processes from constantly changing threats, it is essential for an organization to establish and maintain a transparent security and emergency management system. The BSI baseline protection catalogs and international ISO standards provide a framework for precisely these challenges. At the beginning of November, the BSI & ISO Campus practical workshop will enter its second round and will focus on the topic of "Security and emergency management based on the officially recognized BSI and ISO standards".
The two-day workshop will provide interested IT decision-makers from user companies/authorities and specialist dealers with knowledge about the similarities and differences between the BSI and ISO standards. Practical examples of how both standards can be optimally used according to the needs of an organization will be presented. The concept of the Campus is designed to alternate between theory and practical examples.

Manuela Reiss is a proven expert in the field of IT documentation and advises organizations on all issues relating to this topic. She has also made a name for herself as an author of specialist books, including "Praxisbuch IT-Dokumentation".
