The shortage of qualified specialists is one of the main challenges facing dental practices. In order to support practices in their search for personnel, the IWW Institute offers an online job exchange with the information service Praxisteam professionell (PPZ) at praxisteam-jobboerse.iww.de.



The free service is aimed at dental and medical practices looking to strengthen their team with qualified staff, as well as dental and medical professionals who are currently looking for a job.



Compared to other job boards, the Praxisteam-Jobbörse service offers numerous advantages for dentists, doctors, dental assistants (ZFA) and medical assistants (MFA):

- The offer is free of charge.

- Separate registration is not absolutely necessary. Facebook users can log in directly via their own Facebook account. There is also the classic way of registering directly via the website. A Facebook account is then not required.

- An interactive map shows the job offers and applications in the immediate vicinity.

- The practice team job exchange offers many social functions such as sharing posts, commenting etc.
