Around 900 participants attended the "Cloud Computing & Virtualization Technology Conference 2015", which took place in Neuss, Frankfurt and Hamburg in September and concluded in Munich on 1 October. There, visitors had the opportunity to find out about the latest opportunities and possibilities relating to cloud computing and virtualization in the specialist presentations and workshops held by more than 40 event partners or to exchange ideas with the experts at the accompanying trade exhibition. Cloud scenarios provided impulses for the concrete application of cloud computing in one's own company or for one's own cloud business.
The four keynote speeches were particular highlights. From the impact of digitalization on cloud computing (Prof. Dr. Gunter Dueck), to the focus on service and packaging (Manfred Kessler, CEO at Global Access Internet Services) or the development from virtualized to automated IT infrastructure operation (Dr. Carlo Velten, CEO at Crisp Research) to the Workspace 2020 (Matthias Wessner, Principal Architect at Login Consultants) - the independent experts provided a good overview of the current status and future developments.
