Products, solutions, materials, processes: The trade journal "MM Maschinenmarkt" presented awards to the best of the best at a gala ceremony on February 18, 2016 at the Vogel Convention Center in Würzburg. Only companies that had already been shortlisted for or won an industry award with a product or solution were eligible for the new high-ranking industry award "Best of Industry". Almost 200 guests from German industry attended the award ceremony for industry excellence.
"This means that the Best of Industry Award has instantly become an award for the entire company. No matter who will receive the certificates and trophies afterwards: Whether development engineers, communication experts, sales staff or the boss himself - every company represented here has brought together product and market perspectives," emphasizes Hans-Jürgen Kuntze, Publisher "MM Maschinenmarkt".
A total of 34 nominees in ten categories were selected in an elaborate selection process from the beginning of 2014 to mid-2015.
