The proportion of women in IT is still comparatively low - a trend that the "Women in Digital Business" congress aims to counteract. Women with female success skills should be more strongly represented. The aim is to build and strengthen a network of contacts among women in management positions in order to support each other in the long term in the traditional male domain of IT.
At the congress, participants can expect keynote speeches, world cafés and think tanks that will provide new impetus and encourage an exchange of experiences among the guests.
But what opportunities does the digital workplace offer female managers? What skills can they bring to the fore and what challenges do they face? The keynotes will provide answers to these and other questions:
- Empowering innovation in digital storytelling
Isa Sonnenfeld
- Digital Workplace - Key enabler for female leaders?
Sandra Babylon
- How can Diversity + Inclusion challenge our competencies
Petra Scheithe
- Diversity in transformation times
Matthias Hoffbauer
- Women in Technology: Be the Change
Stacey Torman
The congress will conclude at the Bitkom Executive Night, where contacts can be maintained and new ones made.
