All submissions must convince the communications professionals in terms of concept, implementation and impact. In its assessment, the jury pays particular attention to a macroscopic, conceptual interplay of channels and touchpoints to achieve the specific communication objective. Everything revolves around content quality across all channels used, approaches to generating reach, dialog quality, brand congruence of content and visual presentation, as well as ease of use of the channels for the target groups and evaluation. This year's field of participants comprised a total of 348 submitted marketing and communication solutions, from which PROCESS received the golden FOX Award for its external communication in the "Chemistry&Pharma" category.
