The showcase of the best took place in front of 315 guests at the gala evening of the 7th "bike und business" symposium on November 24, 2016 at the Vogel Convention Center in Würzburg. The "Best Brands 2016" in the "Motorcycle Volume Manufacturer" category are Harley-Davidson, BMW and Kawasaki. The award was based on the dealer satisfaction survey conducted as part of the 2016 motorcycle market analysis by the industry magazine. Among other things, the quality of the products, technical support in service, delivery capability and dealer support in marketing and sales were evaluated.
The sampling was based on the recipients of the trade magazine "bike und business". From July 12 to September 12, 2016, DataM Services conducted 503 complete telephone interviews. The study is supported by the internet marketplace Mobile.de and Santander Consumer Bank.
