The trade magazine "bike und business" presents awards to manufacturers and the accessories industry as part of its "Best Brands" awards. For the twelfth time this year, dealers assessed how satisfied they are with the work of their suppliers and gave them school grades. The showcase of the best took place in front of around 280 guests at the gala evening of the 9th "bike und business" symposium on November 29, 2018 in Würzburg.
The "Best Brands 2018" in the "Motorcycle Volume Manufacturer" category are Harley-Davidson, Kawasaki and BMW. The award was based on the dealer satisfaction survey conducted as part of the industry magazine's 2018 motorcycle market analysis. Among other things, the quality of the products, technical support in service, delivery capability, dealer support in marketing and sales were evaluated. The sampling was based on the recipients of the magazine "bike und business". From July 11 to September 24, DataM Services GmbH conducted 504 complete telephone interviews. The study is supported by the Internet marketplace Mobile.de and Santander Consumer Bank.
