Jürgen Ehneß becomes editor-in-chief at Storage-Insider

Vogel IT-Medien in Augsburg appoints new head of the storage portal

After twelve years as editor-in-chief of a specialist magazine in the special interest sector, Dr. Jürgen Ehneß is returning to Vogel IT-Medien GmbH.

Ehneß took over the editorial management of the successful storage portal on February 1, 2019 and wants to "really step on the gas": "I'm really looking forward to my new tasks and making lots of interesting contacts in the storage scene," says the linguist with a doctorate.

Ehneß embarked on a career in journalism during his studies in Regensburg and wrote as a freelancer for the "Mittelbayerische Zeitung" for many years before moving to "IT-Business" as an editor and ultimately playing a key role in setting up the online channels of Vogel IT-Medien. Most recently, he headed the editorial team of the consumer magazine "guitar".
