VCC: Nina Krause takes over responsibility for event business

Event location Vogel Convention Center: Equipped for the future with targeted promotion of young talent

Nina Krause has been responsible for the entire operational event business at the Vogel Convention Center (VCC) since January 1, 2019. Under Managing Director Horst Vollhardt, Nina Krause will be the first point of contact for all event customers, as well as for processes and personnel. Horst Vollhardt will continue to be responsible for business development / corporate development as well as the structural and technical development of the VCC.

Nina Krause started as a trainee at the Würzburg Media Academy at the VCC on September 1, 2009. During her training, she also worked in the events department and was taken on at the VCC after completing her training. "I am very proud that an employee at the VCC has developed from trainee to VCC manager within ten years. Ms. Krause has grown with the VCC. She has developed her potential - especially in customer management - and combined it with a strong economic mindset," says VCC Managing Director Horst Vollhardt.

The Vogel Convention Center (VCC) on the Vogel Campus is a Würzburg event location for conferences, trade fairs, cultural events and celebrations. In addition to two large halls, the VCC offers a total of eight workshop rooms for two to 190 participants, with a total capacity of 1,400 visitors. All rooms are equipped with state-of-the-art conference, air-conditioning and lighting technology. The VCC also has its own video studio and 250 adjacent free parking spaces. The multi-award-winning congress center was awarded first place in the nationwide "Top Conference and Event Location" poll in 2018.
