The INDUSTRIAL ENERGY SUMMIT brings together the industrial and energy sectors: on December 8, 2026, at the Vogel Convention Center in Würzburg.
The future energy use of industrial companies is a decisive factor in their competitiveness. With the INDUSTRIAL ENERGY SUMMIT, the Vogel Communications Group is creating a platform for addressing the critical issues surrounding energy supply in industry. The event brings together decision-makers from industry, the energy sector, and technology to present, discuss, and develop concepts for a secure, economical, and sustainable energy supply. The event is organized by the media brands Automobil Industrie, MM MaschinenMarkt, and elektrotechnik Automatisierung.
The INDUSTRIAL ENERGY SUMMIT combines strategic perspectives with concrete real-world examples. Key topics include energy supply and procurement, renewable energy, the electrification of industrial processes, energy storage, grid infrastructure, and decarbonization.
“The transformation of industry will also hinge on how companies structure their energy supply in the future. This requires dialogue between industry, energy suppliers, and technology providers. This is precisely the kind of dialogue we aim to foster with the INDUSTRIAL ENERGY SUMMIT,” says Ute Drescher, editor-in-chief of elektrotechnik Automatisierung.
The INDUSTRIAL ENERGY SUMMIT is aimed in particular at CEOs, energy managers, sustainability and production managers, and specialists and executives from industrial companies. Energy providers, technology providers, consultants, associations, and policymakers are invited to share their expertise. The organizers expect around 150 participants.

An early-bird ticket is available for 330 euros through September 15. After that, the regular ticket price is 430 euros. Participation in the networking evening on December 7 costs 69 euros.
