The Leipzig trade fair operators (Leipziger Messe GmbH) and CyPress GmbH – which belongs to the Vogel Business Media Group – have again agreed that CyPress will be the publisher of the official daily trade fair magazine to be issued during this year’s GAMES CONVENTION, which is to take place from 22 August through to 26 August 2007.
Klaus Ernst, head of division at the Leipzig trade fair company, and Peggy Schönbeck, acting project manager for GC, both see it this way: “The concept of GC TODAY has proved to be a great success. With GC TODAY we offer visitors and media representatives an up-to-the-minute source of information providing current day-to-day info on the highlights of each day of the trade fair and important tips to do with all aspects of the GAMES CONVENTION and the city of Leipzig where the trade fair is held. The beneficial value of GC TODAY is extraordinarily high.”
GC TODAY has proven to be an indispensable trade fair guide for all visitors to the convention, accompanying them all the way round the exhibition halls. The publication is issued free of charge and is handed out to visitors before they enter the trade fair site, providing them with a high-quality guide in which they will find a copious amount of useful information.
