How can optimum IT infrastructures be realised through virtualisation while at the same time reducing administration and energy costs? That is the topic of a new event staged by the IT BUSINESS Academy in Germany. At three different locations – Düsseldorf (19.06.), Bad Homburg (21.06.) and Munich (26.06.) – there will be 24 speeches and keynote addresses in which experts will be giving their answers to practice-related questions on virtualisation.
The requirements and challenges in the growing virtualisation market are presented in the keynote speeches by independent experts taking the example of a sample company. The focus will primarily be on the practical application of technologies such as virtual servers and clients, storage and network virtualisation.
Event participants can put together their own individual programme from the three series of speeches from the market-leading manufacturers such as, for example, VMware and Microsoft. Also, the latest virtualisation solutions will be presented live in the accompanying specialist exhibition.
Those invited to take part in this event, which is being staged for the first time in 2007, are users and solution partners who wish to have an active look at the topic of virtualisation. The media partners responsible for staging the series of events are SearchStorage.de, SearchDataCenter.de (to be launched in June 2007) and IT-BUSINESS.de.
