„Einspruch-aktuell.de“ is a new German website offering a comprehensive data bank containing all the current appeal proceedings in which a decision from Germany’s Federal Fiscal Court (Bundesfinanzhof) is pending. The website’s facilities include up-to-the-minute notes and standard phrases to use when submitting an appeal based on specific legal proceedings.
