Würzburg/Germany, 17 July 2007
The German car sector magazine »Automobil Industrie« is strengthening its online presence by entering into a cooperation agreement with AutomotiveK.com, the networking platform for the automobile business.
„If we want to push ahead with innovations, we need transparency and an exchange of know-how,“ is the way in which Wilhelm Missler, editor-in-chief of »Automobil Industrie«, explains the reasons for the move. The community platform is a means of linking sector expertise with the people behind it. Wilhelm Missler sees the platform as providing valuable additional benefits for readers and users of »Automobil Industrie«.
„‚Knowledge acting as an engine‘ is our motto!“ This claim fittingly describes the essence of AutomotiveK, Germany’s leading special-interest community for the automobile business sector: where users can establish contacts, gather knowledge, publish their own contributions, and communicate with each other. Access to the community is only granted to those who are able to verify that they are an employee or a potential contact partner from the automobile industry when their registration is checked.
AutomotiveK is Germany’s leading special-interest community. Above and beyond the well-known XING range of functions, the online platform also, above all, provides access to know-how supplied by declared experts from the automobile business sector. Because: only the relevant people holding positions in the automobile industry and trade are able to join AutomotiveK. To add to its value for the automobile sector, it is also available in English and Chinese.
»Automobil Industrie« is Germany’s specialist magazine for managers in the automobile industry. The magazine only recently made the headlines for its project-orientated concept in organising the „Automobile Summit“ in the German town of Würzburg (Würzburger Automobil Gipfel) which came in for a lot of attention.
