New specialist conference on
industrial energy supply
The INDUSTRIAL ENERGY SUMMIT brings industry and the energy sector together on 8 December 2026 at the Vogel Convention Center in Würzburg.
How industrial companies use energy in the future will be a key factor in their competitiveness. With the INDUSTRIAL ENERGY SUMMIT, Vogel Communications Group is creating a platform for the key questions surrounding industrial energy supply. The event brings together decision-makers from industry, the energy sector and technology to present, discuss and develop concepts for secure, cost-effective and sustainable energy supply. The media brands Automobil Industrie, MM MaschinenMarkt and elektrotechnik Automatisierung are organising the event.
The INDUSTRIAL ENERGY SUMMIT combines strategic perspectives with practical examples. Key topics include energy supply and procurement, renewable energy, electrification of industrial processes, energy storage, grid infrastructure and decarbonisation.
“The transformation of industry will also depend on how companies shape their future energy supply. That requires dialogue between industry, energy suppliers and technology providers. This is exactly the dialogue we want to foster with the INDUSTRIAL ENERGY SUMMIT,” says Ute Drescher, Editor-in-Chief of elektrotechnik Automatisierung.
The INDUSTRIAL ENERGY SUMMIT is aimed particularly at managing directors, energy managers, heads of sustainability and production, and other specialists and senior managers at industrial companies. Energy suppliers, technology providers, consultants, associations and policymakers are invited to contribute their expertise. The organisers expect around 150 participants.
Early-bird ticket available until 15 September
An early-bird ticket is available for €330 until 15 September. The regular ticket price will then be €430. Participation in the networking evening on 7 December costs €69.
