Frankfurt/Würzburg. The Daimler branch in Aachen has impressed the jury and won this year's "kfz-betrieb" service award. Together with industry partners Pirelli and Fuchs Europe Schmierstoffe, the trade magazine "kfz-betrieb" named the company the best service company in the German automotive industry in the "Passenger Cars" category. The Honda dealership Auto und Motorrad Schmidt from Halle and Dresdner Auto AG (Renault, Dacia) also made it onto the winners' podium. The trade magazine "kfz-betrieb" presented the coveted industry award for the fifteenth time. The criteria for the evaluation were innovative service ideas, clear processes and outstanding customer service.



The best service company in the "Commercial Vehicles" category was Schade & Sohn GmbH & Co. KG (Mercedes-Benz) received the award. The winner in the "Independent Companies" category was Autohaus Südholt & Hülsdünker from Heiden.



"The companies presented mastered their service business with excellently structured processes and creative ideas," summarized Wolfgang Michel, Editor-in-Chief of the trade magazine "kfz-betrieb" at the award ceremony during Automechanika in Frankfurt. A total of 350 companies took part in the competition.
