The actual pentathlon for participants begins on March 29: a practical case from a B2B company will be presented in each of the five disciplines of buyer persona, content, touchpoints, nurturing and lead management with sales partners. There will also be an in-depth presentation in each of the Basic and Advanced levels.
Special highlights: On March 28, Larissa Trofimov (Testo SE Co. KGaA) will provide insights into the "Practical case: company-wide roll-out of lead management, marketing automation and CRM" with her field report. On March 29, a highlight of the day will be the practical case by Tobias Fischer (Proto Labs Ltd.) on the topic of "Buyer Persona - Why the buyer will never be a designer". In addition, Jasmin Rügamer (Schott AG) will speak on the important lead management topic "Praxiscase: The Educational Critical Path - Model for Successful Nurturing".
The successful athlete Frank Busemann has been secured for the closing keynote. In his keynote speech "Giving up is not an option!", the decathlete and Olympic silver medalist will show the strategies that professional athletes use to motivate themselves to perform at their best time and again and how these can be transferred to everyday working life.
