Together with its HR agency for digital recruiting, "HRtbeat", Vogel Communications Group (VCG) is organizing a practical day for current issues in HR management for the first time. Under the motto "Concrete solutions for successful HR work", the HR event aims to answer questions such as: Why is my job advertisement not performing? What does HR need to achieve for a contemporary corporate culture, for diversity in practice, for employee satisfaction and for sustainable employee retention? How can a healthy climate be created in the company - mental health is playing an increasingly important role here. What do employees want today? Because: HR times have changed and companies will live their future with their employees in a completely different way. It's high time to adapt to this, say the HR experts at HRtbeat!

Companies must do justice to the necessary transformation. The event will provide practical tips that can be implemented directly in companies without major investment. The program of the HR Practice Day includes six presentations, one panel and four hands-on sessions. The topics include "AI - Digital transformation of processes in HR" with Hanns-Bertin Aderhold, founder of the successful HR start-up Cobrainer. Nicole Baumeister, Director HR & Office Ma-nagement (formerly Joyn) will talk about "Back to the office is the new Stone Age - welcome to the EOR age". And health psychologist Sophia Kiefl will talk about "Mental health in the workplace - fad or 'must have'?"
The HR Practice Day is aimed at HR managers, executives and managing directors, particularly in SMEs. With around 100 specialist media, VCG has an insight into 15 sectors. Apparently, almost all companies have the same problems. That is why experts from the field will present valuable solutions from a number of sectors.
"HR transformation is unavoidable, but it doesn't have to be expensive and complex, but it depends on the right focus," emphasizes Gerhard Zall, Teamlead People & Culture at VCG: "The event provides concrete examples from the practice of users and offers the opportunity to discuss the topics directly with active HR managers."
"We accompany companies into the future. Skills management and corporate culture are the cornerstones of a successful corporate transformation. The HR Practice Day is a platform for direct exchange and cross-industry know-how transfer," explains VCG CEO Matthias Bauer.
The HR Practice Day answers questions such as ...
- How can I use AI in HR work without being a digital expert?
- How can I recruit abroad and what do I need to bear in mind?
- Why is my recruiting not successful and why have I had hardly any responses to my job advertisement?
- How can I prevent mental stress in the workforce?
- What can I imagine diversity to be and what can I implement in my company?
- Can personnel development be realized with few resources and a small budget?
