On May 12, the new industrial trade fair SchraubTec NORD will take place for the first time at Messe Hamburg-Schnelsen in Hamburg. The SchraubTec 2022 trade fair series got off to a very successful start this year in Sindelfingen on April 27 with the SÜD offshoot, and Schraubtec NORD will now also be taking place for the first time. The catchment area is the greater Bremen/Hamburg region, which is home to both the automotive and aviation industries. For one day, everything revolves around the triad of screws - standards - new applications, plus all the trends, technologies and markets.
The regional proximity makes it easier for trade visitors to participate (short journey, no overnight stay), 20 exhibitors present their products. Participation is free for visitors. Registration at www.schraubtec.com.
The accompanying knowledge program offers 6 specialist presentations by industry experts, including the main topic "Stay connected", because electromobility and autonomous driving also pose new challenges for screw connections.

"With this focused platform on the topic of industrial fasteners, we can provide precise information and networking directly in the region," explains SchraubTec boss Bernd Weinig, Director Trade Fair Solutions & Partnerships: "SchraubTec North is the second stop in the four-part series for the current year: We will be covering the whole of Germany in 2022, with the "South" edition already taking place in Sindelfingen in April. After a two-year coronavirus break, the need for exchange is very high, because there is a great need for communication in C-parts management, keyword supply chain problems!"
The organizer of SchraubTec is the Vogel Communications Group (VCG). With the concept of a focused regional trade fair series on the topic of bolted joints, the Würzburg-based provider of specialist communication networks expert knowledge on bolted joints, bolting technology, bolting tools as well as procurement and purchasing in C-parts management throughout Germany. In this way, VOGEL closes a gap in the industry sector. The trade fair concept also focuses on the screwdriving tasks of the industry. The trade fair concept guarantees safe, corona-compliant implementation.

Why live in presence?
"There are topics that simply cannot be dealt with purely digitally! Mechanical fasteners such as nuts and bolts are technically important construction parts in industrial applications. Screw connections literally hold industry together! As the technical possibilities grow, so do the requirements for fasteners. This calls for a concrete exchange of know-how, and the best way to do this is face-to-face," says Bernd Weinig: "We are now making it possible to experience this industrial fastening technology in all its facets up close. The primary aim of this specialist trade fair is to strengthen expertise, knowledge and skills for secure bolted joints."
Vogel Communications Group's industry customers are clearly signaling that live communication is essential for successful business. As a provider of regional trade fairs, VCG wants to enable companies to exchange industry information in person, with a strong focus on the topic, specific to the target groups and as an analog supplement to digital formats. This trade fair concept stands for effective live communication.
