Attention B2B managers: On November 18, 2008, Vogel Business Media is hosting the 3rd B2B Brand Conference in Würzburg. The topic: Excellence in brand management. The global success of B2B brands depends to a large extent on value-oriented employee management.
The 3rd B2B Brand Conference addresses this important topic in four ways with nine presentations:
* first part: current study results on B2B brand management, including Jürgen Gietl from Brand:Trust
* Second part: Dr. Carsten Baumgarth from Marmara University in Istanbul deals with the anchoring of brand controlling in the company and Karsten Kilian from www.markenlexikon.com shows how and why a clear brand identity should be developed.
* Third part: Internal Branding, Dr. Sven Henkel from the University of St. Gallen explains "Best Practice Behavioral Branding using the example of ABB and Holcim" and Dr. Holger Schmidt uses the example of TNT Express to illustrate the successful implementation of employee-oriented brand policy.
* The fourth part: the international perspective will be illustrated by wob CEO Gudmund Semb, who will explain how a regional B2B brand is being established as a global brand with WEG, the largest electric motor manufacturer in America.
New: At the end of each thematic block, conference participants will be able to discuss directly with the speakers in exclusive soft discussions.
The nine presentations address the most important challenges in brand management for B2B companies. They provide a wide range of ideas, tools and experiences that enable companies to achieve excellence in brand management. "This is the only way for your B2B brand to gain profile and profit," emphasizes brand expert Kilian.
Originally, the idea of creating a forum on the topic of "brand management in the B2B sector" was the result of a collaboration with the German Brand Association.
