As part of the ENTERPRISE MOBILITY Summit 2014, the coveted ENTERPRISE MOBILITY Award was presented for the second time in the Workforce Mobility, Business Process Mobilization and Customer Experience/Recruitment categories. Solution providers were also able to apply for the Innovation Award and were recognized at the event.
The jury, Klaus Dudda, Managing Partner of Medienhaus Verlag, Kai Haller, Managing Director of CPO mediaTest digital, Werner Nieberle, Managing Director of Vogel IT-Medien GmbH and Dr. Carlo Velten, Managing Director of Crisp Research, examined the entries for innovation, novelty and their market opportunities.
In the Workforce Mobility category, Avaya GmbH & Co. KG scored with its "Video Collaboration for BYOD - Avaya Scopia® Mobile" solution. Cortado AG and Höft & Wessel AG also impressed with their solutions and were among the nominees.
The award in the Business Process Mobilization category went to Mieschke Hofmann und Partner for their "Enterprise Professional Mobility" solution. They came out on top just ahead of Heidelberg Mobil International GmbH, Namics (Deutschland) GmbH and blue-bizz edv-systemhaus GmbH.
The award in the Customer Experience/Recruitment category was won by opwoco GmbH with its sales solutions for sales representatives. However, the solution from bluesource - mobile solutions gmbh was also convincing and took second place.
This year's Innovation Award went to AirWatch for its "AirWatch® by VMware® Enterprise Mobility Management" solution. Second place was shared by Deutsche Telekom AG and Trend Micro GmbH.
In addition, the Audience Award was presented for the first time at the summit. With the involvement of the jury and the Summit guests, this was also awarded to opwoco GmbH following a live vote.
