Start-ups have the chance to put their skills to the test in a 48-hour hackathon and develop digital ideas for smart automation with renowned industry partners. A total of 15,000 euros in prize money is up for grabs. The Automation Hackathon is organized by Mesago Messe Frankfurt GmbH in cooperation with the Vogel Communications Group.
On November 25 and 26, 2018, the start-ups will then meet with the industry partners at the exhibition grounds in Nuremberg and work together in the NCC West to develop an idea in 48 hours, which they will present to a jury as a dummy in a ten-minute pitch on November 27 in the exhibition forum at SPS IPC Drives. The necessary infrastructure and catering will be provided free of charge during the 48-hour hackathon.
Participation is worthwhile: in addition to new contacts and networking opportunities with the product managers and managing directors of the biggest players in the automation market, start-ups can look forward to prize money totaling 15,000 euros. Participants will also meet the who's who of the automation industry at SPS IPC Drives 2018.
The first Automation Hackathon will take place on:
November 25 and 26, 2018 in Nuremberg
